Privacy Policy

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account data — email address, name, and the role you choose (job seeker or employer). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo from Google.
• Profile data — phone number, location, education, skills, a short bio, and, for employers, company name and website. These fields are optional and you control them.
• Documents — the resume file you upload, and the cover note you write when applying.
• Activity data — the jobs you view and apply to, exam calendar interactions, and basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

We use your data to:

• create and secure your account and let you sign in;
• present your profile, resume and application to the employers whose jobs you apply to;
• let employers manage their listings and shortlist or reject applicants;
• send service messages you have asked for, such as application status or account-security notices;
• keep the platform safe, diagnose problems, and improve listings and features.

We do not sell your personal data. Your profile, resume and application are shared with the employers whose jobs you apply to, and with no other employer. Employers see your resume only for jobs you have applied to, accessed through a short-lived, time-limited link.

We also share data with the infrastructure providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, encrypted connections and private storage for resume files. Resumes are never served from a public location and are not indexed by search engines. Some providers may process data outside India; we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards.

We keep your account and profile for as long as your account is open. When you close your account, your resume file, applications and profile details are deleted, except where we must retain records for a legitimate legal purpose. Backups are cleared on a rolling schedule, so copies may persist briefly before they expire.

You can review and correct most of your information directly from your dashboard — including your profile, phone number and resume — and you can withdraw an application at any time. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct anything that is wrong, restrict certain processing, or delete your account and everything attached to it.

Requests can be made by emailing amannandwani@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before acting, and respond within a reasonable period. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in them.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session — without these, sign-in and application tracking cannot work. We do not use advertising trackers. Any analytics we add later will be described here, along with how to opt out.

Access to production data is limited to authorised systems and personnel, credentials are stored as salted hashes, transport is encrypted, and resume files sit in private storage reachable only through signed, expiring links. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we also ask you to keep your password confidential and tell us if your account is misused.

The platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

We may update this policy as we add features or as the law changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you directly.
