By registering, browsing job listings, uploading a resume or posting a requirement on Jobs4Aspirants, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When a change is material we will highlight it on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Job seekers must provide accurate information in their profile and resume. Employers must be authorised to recruit on behalf of the organisation they represent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Jobs4Aspirants is an online marketplace that connects job seekers with employers and publishes a calendar of competitive examinations along with career guidance content. We are not the employer, recruiter or agent for the listings published on the platform, and we do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the jobs they publish, including eligibility criteria, salary, location and the last date to apply. Employers must not publish discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent or illegal requirements, and must handle applications and candidate data in line with applicable law.

We may remove, demote or refuse any listing that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, our policies or applicable law, at our discretion and without prior notice.

You keep ownership of the content you submit — your profile, resume and cover note. You grant Jobs4Aspirants a limited licence to store, process and display that content for the purpose of showing your application to the employers you apply to, and of operating and improving the service.

You confirm that the content you upload is yours to share, is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material. Resumes are stored in private storage and are visible only to the employers whose jobs you apply to.

You agree that you will not:

• post false, misleading or stolen information, or apply using someone else's identity or documents;
• scrape, crawl, mirror or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or overload or disrupt the service;
• use the platform to send unsolicited messages, solicit payment, or carry out any unlawful activity;
• resell, sublicense or white-label access to the platform or to candidate data.

Creating an account, building a profile and applying to jobs is free today. Employer posting and any future premium features are governed by the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

The Jobs4Aspirants name, logo, layout, design and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without prior written consent. Trademarks, company names and logos appearing in job listings belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify employers.

The platform links to employer websites, examination boards and our social channels on X and Instagram. Those destinations are operated by third parties; we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and interactions with them are at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep job listings, exam dates and guidance content current and correct, we do not warrant that information is complete, error-free or timely. Exam dates, eligibility rules and notification details published by official bodies always prevail — candidates should verify details against the official notification before relying on them. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs4Aspirants is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost earnings or lost opportunity arising from your use of the platform, the conduct of any employer or candidate, or any interruption or delay in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jobs4Aspirants harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or content you submit — including a claim by an employer or candidate arising from your conduct.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, or remove content, where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached, where an account is used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law. On closure, your applications and stored resume are deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-rights provisions, disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
